2010 POLICIES
• All orders will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order.
• You will receive an email notice form USPS when your order ships and/or you may log into your order online to check status at any time.
• If merchandise is out of stock, your order will automatically be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
• Website inventory changes daily and all items listed online are not guaranteed to be in stock at time of order. We will always do our best to update the website regularly.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. The items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned and/or exchanged item(s) and new shipping and handling charges will apply to all exchanges

Exchange: Simply add a note to your return package requesting "Exchange" and list the new requested item(s). Please make sure your full name and order number is included with your package. Do not contact the manufacturer as they will not be able to assist you in this matter. If your requested item is out of stock, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges).

Returns: Please provide the name under which the order was placed along with the original order number in your return package. You will be issued a store credit for the amount of the returned item and provided emailed instructions on activation and use of store credit.

 

SHIPPING

Your shipping cost is based on weight, size and location. We cannot guarantee times of arrival, nor do we assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands. All orders include free delivery confirmation which is scanned by the postal service when your item has been delivered. If you did not receive your parcel, but the USPS shows it’s been delivered, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping: We use speedy USPS Priority Mail as our standard method of shipment, which should take 2-5 business days to arrive at your door. Occasionally with heavier orders, Parcel Post will be used and may take a few days longer. Upon shipment of your package, your USPS tracking information will be available to view on your order status page. (Registered customers may login at any time to view order status.)

International Policy: Shop all you like and when you check out, your shipping will be calculated based on weight and location for USPS Global Priority Mail and the shipping cost will be emailed to you after the receipt of your order. If paying  by PayPal your shipping charges will be calculated and a request for payment will be issued through PayPal.  No international orders will ship until payment for shipping and handling has been received.  Internationally shipped parcels will be subject to customs inspections, and as the buyer you will be responsible for any and all customs, tariffs and duties. We have no control over how long your package may take to clear customs in your country.  All orders will be provided with an international USPS tracking number.  Once orders have been shipped you can use this tracking number to locate your order.  If there are any issues or concerns with your order please contact the U.S. Post Office for assistance.

PapPal eCheck Payments: Payment with an eCheck usually takes about 4 business days for it to clear PayPal. Thank you for your patience, and please keep in mind that your order will not ship until PayPal sends notice of transaction completion.

 

 

PAYMENT

Q: My credit card won’t work!
A: Chances are it’s something as simple as a shipping-billing mismatch or an incorrect digit. Please enter your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement, double check your account numbers and expiration date, and type your name just as it shows on your credit card.

Q: Is it safe to buy online?
A: Our checkout system guarantees a 100% secure online shopping experience. We utilize industry leading technology.

Q: Can I send a money order?
A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as PayPal payments. A U.S. money order payment may be arranged by contacting us in advance.

Q: Do you have to pay sales tax?
A: One of the benefits of shopping with us, is that there’s no sales take outside the sate of Texas. International customers will be subject to your country’s duties, tariffs and possible customs delays.

Q: How do I know my order went through?
A: Once your payment has been approved, a screen will confirm that your order has been received. You can also check your account when you login to our site, and look for your order status. If you have not received any emails, please contact us to be sure that we have your correct email address on file. When using Paypal, please make sure that you receive a confirmation email from It’s A Cowgirl Thing and you can log into our system and pull up your order. If not, your order did not go through!

 

 

ORDERING

Q: I don’t see the size I need!
A: All merchandise currently available for purchase will be visible online. Our products move very quickly. We add new merchandise weekly so please check back often.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: Yes. See customer care for our phone number and office hours. We are a very busy office, so if nobody answers during regular business hours, we’ve stepped in to the warehouse and will return shortly. Please leave a message providing your full name with order number and a brief description, someone will contact you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I check my order status?
A: First, we’ll send you an automated email verification that your order was received. Next, you’ll get a delivery confimation email that notifies you when your package will ship. That email will also include your tracking and confirmation number. Registered customers can also login to view current order status. You can go to your customer page on
www.itsacowgirlthing.com for continued order status and shipping verification information.
